Cancellation & Refund

Understand when orders can be cancelled, how refunds are processed, and what conditions apply to returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Defective items

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Physical damage caused by customer misuse
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging

Razorpay Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically appear on your original payment method (card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
